Craft beer taproom with warm lighting
Chattanooga's Neighborhood Brewery

Every pint poured is a story worth
telling.

Small-batch craft beer brewed right here in Chattanooga — bold flavors, welcoming atmosphere, and a community that gathers around the tap.

Our Story

Born from curiosity,
brewed with passion.

James County Brewery started as a simple question: what happens when you give people a space to slow down, share a drink, and actually talk? The answer became a taproom where strangers become regulars and every batch tells a story.

We brew small — intentionally. Every style, from crisp lagers to hop-forward IPAs, is crafted in batches small enough to care about and bold enough to remember. Our kitchen pairs locally sourced ingredients with recipes that complement what's on tap.

The Experience

More than a brewery —
a gathering place.

Taproom

Warm wood, soft lighting, and a bar that feels like someone's living room — because that's exactly what we're building.

Events

Live music, trivia nights, brewery tours, and seasonal celebrations. There's always something happening here.

Private Events

Host your next gathering in our space. Custom beer selections, food packages, and a team that makes it effortless.

Community

We sponsor local teams, donate to causes, and believe a brewery should give back to the neighborhood that raised it.
